← AI Picture FrameTerms of Service
Effective date: 2026-08-12
Last updated: 2026-11-02
These terms describe how the Service actually works today. If we change them
in a way that matters, we will update them here and tell you in the app.
Questions: support@aipictureframe.net.
These terms are an agreement between you and Omer Mazig, a sole proprietor
trading as AI Picture Frame ("we", "us"), covering your use of the AI Picture Frame mobile app, the
AI Picture Frame Display tablet app, and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you
do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Picture Frame lets you upload photographs, describe artwork you would like,
and have artwork generated from them by third-party AI providers and displayed
on a paired tablet.
The Service depends on third-party AI providers. Their availability,
output quality and pricing are outside our control, and we may change which
providers we use.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@aipictureframe.net if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
3.1 You keep ownership
You keep all rights you already have in the photographs and prompts you upload
("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of them.
3.2 The permission you give us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store,
reproduce, transmit and adapt Your Content solely in order to operate the
Service for you — which necessarily includes transmitting it to the AI
providers listed in our Privacy Policy so artwork can be generated. This
licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup
copies that expire on our normal schedule.
We do not use Your Content to train our own models, and we do not license it
to anyone for their own purposes.
3.3 What you promise
You confirm that you have the rights to upload Your Content, and that you have
any necessary permission from people who appear in your photographs.
3.4 What you must not upload
You must not upload content that:
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- depicts a real person in a sexual, defamatory or deliberately deceptive way;
- is sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any
way;
- promotes violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination or harassment;
- is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
The AI providers we use apply their own content filters, so some requests may
be refused even when they do not breach these terms.
4. Generated artwork
- Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use artwork generated
for you for personal purposes, including printing and displaying it.
- AI-generated output may not be copyrightable in some countries, and we
make no promise that you own it or that it is exclusive to you. Similar or
identical output may be generated for other users.
- Generated artwork may be imperfect, unexpected, or fail to match your prompt.
That is a characteristic of generative AI, not a defect in the Service.
- Before using generated artwork commercially, check the terms of the AI
provider that produced it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Apps,
except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- probe, scan, overload or attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of
the Service;
- use automated means to access the Service other than as we permit;
- resell or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Subscriptions and payment
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and inclusions are shown in
the app before you buy.
- Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Your
purchase is therefore also subject to
Polar's buyer terms, and
Polar — not us — handles billing and tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the app or the Polar customer portal. Cancellation
takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until
then.
- 14-day refunds. You can get a full refund of any payment, including a
renewal, by asking within 14 days of it. See our
Refund Policy for how. This does not limit any statutory
cancellation or refund right you have as a consumer.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice
before the change affects you.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted
availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we
discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will offer a pro-rata
refund for the unused period.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these
terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates a genuine risk to
the Service or other users. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you
first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your
data in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided "as is" and
"as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated artwork will meet your
expectations.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded,
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for
fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, and subject to Section 9:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss,
loss of profit, or loss of data; and
- our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is
limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and
US$100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising
from Your Content or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply to
the extent the claim arises from our own breach or negligence, and it does not
apply if you are a consumer using the Service for personal purposes.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give you reasonable
notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the
Service after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may
cancel and stop using the Service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the
competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the
mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in
your local courts.
14. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy
are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may
assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
